I have been using this hotel for 20 years, is convienient for europort business, service is good and good value for money

Good location for my stay in the Netherlands

Staff were very understanding and helpful when we requested an early check-in for a medical reason. The hotel itself is a relaxing place to stay with nice sofas dotted around fireplaces. Recommended

The waiting time before we were served dinner was far too long! After we received the menus it took approx half hour before order was taken and then took long time before serving. Some of the fitness equipment in the gym is very bad maintaind and broken.

I choose this hotel, due its location - its close to Maasvlakte, Port of Rotterdam where I work. I can see no other reason to travel to this place.

I chose this hotel only because of its location, which is close to the Maasvlakte, where I work and because of teh fact that t'Wapen van Marion starts serving breakfast already at 6 am, making it possible for me to actually use what I ahve paid for. Common in the region in general is 7am for start of serving breakfast. At that time, I am already at work.

We always stay at this hotel when we are visiting my mother who lives in Oostvoorne. The staff in the restaurant, during breakfast, were extremely helpful and friendly - I can't praise them enough! As we had a new born baby with us this made our stay more relaxed and so much easier. We will be back in November and definitely use Booked.net again!

This time the check-in was very slow and we were left waiting a long time. So was another quest in front of us. We had a room at the tennis court side and when we had the door open we smelled smoke. This was clearly from the people who used the smoking area below and who had gathered there!

Hotel was nice and comfortable with a great view good food.

Pets where allowed in the hotel and one of us has a dog allergy this was a unpleasant surprise. I would suggest you mention that more clearly.

Room did not represent good value for money at 92 Euros. The corridor was noisy with other guests at night. Service in the restaurant very patchy.

Wanted to charge 75€ even via the website it was booked at 59€. They were well aware as acknowledge the 59€ to being changed in 75€ but then agred to put it back to 59€. During an aerlier stay, they wanted to charge the room at check out but the room was already paid during the booking process.

Das Bett ist etwas sehr weich.

Dass man nicht in der Lage war Aufbackbrötchen auch aufzubacken,man hat die Brötchen einfach so ohne zu backen an das Frühstückbuffet gestellt.Noch nie habe ich so etwas in einem Hotel erlebt ( weltweit ).

Frühstück ausreichend, für jeden Geschmack was dabei, Personal sehr freundlich auch in deutsch

Sauberkeit in der Bad (Schimmel in den Fugen)

Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Fahrradverleih im Haus. Das ist sehr komfortabel, da sonst im Ort touristisch nichts ist. Die Lage ist toll, da man direkt in der Natur ist. Alleine für die grüne Umgebung lohnt sich der Aufenthalt.

Zimmer und Bad recht klein, und das Bad ist sehr hellhörig zum Nachbarn hin.
